Chandan Srivastava

Chandan Srivastava is a finance and operations executive, startup co-founder, and technology leader whose career began in 1991 and spans systems engineering, enterprise IT, information security, and executive finance leadership across India, Singapore, Brunei, and the United States.

Since August 2021 he has served as VP of Finance and Operations at Inorsa, Inc. in Austin, Texas, an automation engine for telecom deployment whose products help customers validate, organize, and generate lease agreements, reports, A&E drawings, and close-out packages. Career highlights include:

• Startup & Executive Leadership: Co-founded Genetesis in 2013 and served as its founding Chief Financial Officer for seven years, building its finance, IT, compliance, and administrative teams. He also served on the board as a Director and multi-term Secretary and Treasurer.

• Information Security: As Vice President of Server and Network Security at Synchrony (2016 - 2018), he oversaw vulnerability remediation, integration, technical assessment support, and the tracking of team metrics.

• Enterprise IT & Engineering: Spent roughly 17 years at GE as Sr. Software Engineer, Cluster Build Engineer, and Project Manager - Business Solutions, following roles at JPMorgan Chase, American Honda, Shell Brunei, Intergraph, Jaiprakash Associates, and Rolta India.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication (with honors) from NIT Silchar, an MBA from Xavier University, and alumnus of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) at the University at Buffalo School of Management.
