Our Commitment
Education Redefined Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for our student learning platform, admissions flows, and public website.
Measures We Support
Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators on core workflows.
Semantic page structure, including skip navigation and main content landmarks.
Form labels, error identification, and status announcements on key student paths.
Caption support for lecture video when caption files are provided.
Accessible data tables with captions and column headers on administrative and academic views.
Known Limitations
Some third-party content or legacy pages may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria.
Caption availability depends on caption files supplied for each lecture. Contact us if captions are missing for required course content.
We are actively remediating remaining issues identified in our accessibility audit.
ADA / Accessibility Accommodations
The institution is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified students with documented disabilities in accordance with applicable law.
Accommodation requests should be submitted in writing to Student Services (or designee). Students may be asked to provide documentation from a qualified professional to support the requested accommodation.
Approved accommodations will be provided in a manner that maintains academic standards and the integrity of assessment.
