Readmission
Returning after withdrawal or termination at Education Redefined Inc.
Effective January 1, 2027 · Last updated September 11, 2026
Overview
Timelines and conditions for reenrollment follow the policy that governed the reason for leaving: satisfactory progress, attendance, or student conduct.
Students wishing to be readmitted should contact the Registrar. If a student enrolls to repeat a subject that is no longer offered, an appropriate substitute may be selected to meet that program requirement.
Unsatisfactory progress
Readmission requires a minimum of one grading period (one course) to elapse and may require a written academic success plan.
Unsatisfactory attendance
Readmission requires a minimum of one grading period (one course) to elapse and may require a written attendance success plan.
Incomplete (I) — Institutional Discretion
An Incomplete may be assigned when a student cannot complete required coursework due to documented circumstances beyond the student's control. The student must submit supporting documentation.
If approved, the student may complete the work by the end of the term, or request readmission to complete the work in a subsequent term within 12 months, subject to standard administrative and tuition fees for that term. This option is available no more than twice per degree program.
Incomplete (I) — Texas Education Code § 132.061(f)
A student obligated for full tuition who is withdrawing for a reason unrelated to academic status may request a grade of Incomplete and re-enroll within 12 months to complete the work, with no additional administrative or tuition fees (additional fees for books or supplies may apply), as required by state law.
Conduct
For conduct violations not involving law enforcement, one opportunity for reenrollment in a subsequent term within the next 12 calendar months may be available, subject to institutional review.
