Technology Fee (Per Term)
Technology fees are assessed per term based on enrolled credits:

- 6 to 8 credits: $25.
- 9 or more credits: $50.
Estimated Program Cost (BS CSE — 120 SCH)
- Tuition (120 SCH × $79.00/SCH): $9,480.
- Registration fee: $50.
- Estimated technology fees: $200–$400 (based on published per-term bands and the program term plan).
- Estimated total paid to the school (tuition + registration + technology fees): $9,730–$9,930. This estimate uses the standard rate of $79.00 per semester credit hour (SCH). Special tuition rates and tuition waivers are not included; they reduce tuition only for terms when the student qualifies.
Out-of-pocket costs not paid to the school include a suitable computer, webcam/microphone, and reliable broadband internet.
The institution does not currently offer VA education benefits; the VA benefits statement is not applicable at this time.
Special Tuition Rates
Special tuition rates apply to tuition only (not registration, technology, books/supplies, or other fees).
A student may receive only one special tuition rate per term (best rate applied if multiple apply), except that the Sibling Enrollment Rate may be combined with the Academic Excellence Rate or the Sustained Academic Excellence Rate, applying its additional $5/SCH reduction on top of the applicable merit-based rate. The Sibling Enrollment Rate does not combine with the Partner Cohort Rate or the Academic Raising Rate; where both would otherwise apply, the better single rate applies. Only one of the Academic Excellence Rate, Sustained Academic Excellence Rate, or Academic Raising Rate applies per term; the best rate applies if a student qualifies for more than one.
- Academic Excellence Rate: applies automatically, with no separate approval required, if the student completed at least 9 SCH with a 90%+ course score in each course in the immediately preceding term, and enrolls in at least 9 SCH in the next term — $74.00/SCH for that next term.
- Academic Raising Rate: applies automatically, with no separate approval required, if the student has completed at least 9 SCH with a cumulative GPA of 3.65 or higher in each of two consecutive Fall and Spring terms in the same academic year — $76.00/SCH ($3/SCH reduction) for the first Summer after that Spring.
- Sustained Academic Excellence Rate: applies automatically, with no separate approval required, if the student completed at least 9 SCH with a 90%+ course score in each course in each of the two immediately preceding consecutive terms, and enrolls in at least 9 SCH in the next term — $69.00/SCH for that next term.
- Partner Cohort Rate: available to a student who enrolls through an eligible partner organization with a written agreement with the institution — $65.00/SCH for the student's first term only, subject to written approval by the School President or a designee based on verification of the partner organization agreement. Tuition reverts to the standard rate (or another qualifying special rate) beginning with the second term.
- Sibling Enrollment Rate: available to two verified siblings who each enroll in at least 9 SCH in the same term (the siblings may be in different tracks, programs, or semesters) — $74.00/SCH ($5/SCH reduction) for each sibling. The sibling relationship is verified once, through documentation such as a birth certificate, government-issued ID showing shared parentage, or other official documentation; once verified, the rate applies automatically at enrollment for any future term based on each sibling's expected 9+ SCH enrollment, with no re-verification required. If a sibling does not maintain the required 9 SCH enrollment, the reduction is reversed and the resulting balance is due from both students, treated as an unpaid tuition balance under the institution's standard billing policy.
Scholarships and Tuition Waivers
Scholarships/waivers are limited tuition credits applied to a future term's tuition balance; they do not apply to registration, technology, books/supplies, or other charges unless explicitly stated. Waivers are not refundable and have no cash value.
A student may not combine more than one tuition waiver, except with special written institutional approval; waivers do not create an entitlement for future terms unless the student re-qualifies.
- Competitive Achievement Tuition Waiver: for a nationally/globally recognized academic competition award outside the institution's scope, earned while enrolled in the program, related to the student's field of study, and achieved within the preceding 6 months; $150 tuition waiver next term ($350 total if the student has more than one qualifying achievement within that 6-month window). The same or a substantially similar achievement may be submitted only once. The student applies through the institution's online student system, uploading documentation of the award; an authorized administrator (e.g., Registrar or School Director) reviews and approves the application within the system.
- Incoming Holistic Merit Tuition Credit: for admitted applicants demonstrating strong academic readiness, evaluated via a standardized rubric (academic record, leadership, community impact, professional readiness, portfolio); tiered credit of $5.00–$10.00 per SCH for the approved term, subject to available funding.
Scholarships and tuition waivers under this subsection apply on top of any special tuition rate the student receives under Special Tuition Rates above; the two categories are independent, and both may apply in the same term. A student may not combine more than one tuition waiver within this subsection, except with special written institutional approval; waivers do not create an entitlement for future terms unless the student re-qualifies.
The institution may establish additional special tuition rates, scholarships, or recognitions in the future, as published in a subsequent catalog or addendum.
Payment Schedule
Tuition is due according to the payment schedule published for each term. Late payments may result in registration holds or disenrollment per university policy.
