Internal grievance and complaint procedures at Education Redefined Inc.
Effective January 1, 2027 · Last updated September 11, 2026
Internal Grievance Process
Students should first attempt to resolve concerns through the course or instructor channel when applicable.
If unresolved, a written grievance may be submitted to the Provost's Office, Registrar, or Student Services; the institution will respond within 30 business days.
Formal Written Complaints
Formal written complaints may be submitted to the Provost's Office, Registrar, or Student Services.
The institution documents grievances and complaints and their outcomes in institutional records. Students will receive written notice of the decision and any next steps when applicable.
