Student Conduct Policy
Academic integrity, prohibited conduct, and disciplinary procedures at Education Redefined Inc.
Effective January 1, 2027 · Last updated September 11, 2026
Academic Integrity
Students must comply with standards of professional conduct and maintain an environment conducive to learning.
Objective Assessments (OA) and Performance Assessments (PA) are subject to academic integrity rules. When an assessment is configured at an institutional integrity level that requires it, identity verification, environment controls, and/or monitoring may apply; otherwise assessments rely on timed delivery controls and honor expectations. Selected PA may require oral-defense sampling and/or practical demonstrations.
Plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, falsification of records, and impersonation are prohibited.
AI-Enabled Work
AI tools may be used only when permitted by the course and assignment instructions.
When AI assistance is permitted, students must follow course rules for attribution, acceptable uses, and prohibited uses (such as submitting AI-generated work as original without disclosure).
The institution may require supporting artifacts to verify authorship.
Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes academic dishonesty, falsification of records, disruption of instruction, harassment or threatening behavior, and misuse of institutional systems.
Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment by any student, faculty, or staff member is prohibited. The institution is committed to an environment free of harassment, forced sexual activity, or other sexual communication or conduct that interferes with academic or work performance.
Disciplinary Action & Readmission
Violations may result in a failing grade, remediation, probation, suspension, or termination/dismissal.
Readmission after termination for conduct violations is not automatic and is subject to institutional review.
